LA FINCA

        La Finca: / The Estate: La finca tiene ocho hectáreas y se encuentra en un repecho o promontorio de la ladera sur de la pequeña Sierra de los Lagares, llamada así porque desde tiempos muy antiguos se cultivaba la vid y existían lagares, los cuales empezaron a convertirse en casas de vacaciones o descanso de las familias pudientes de Trujillo, a partir de mediados del siglo XVIII.

The Estate area is 80.000 sq. meters and it is located in a ledge of the southeast slope of Sierra de Los Lagares (Lagar means wine cellar) and this is the name it took as there existed since old times vineyards and cellars, many of which they became vacation houses for reach families from Trujillo, as soon as the middle of the XVIII century.
